岗位职责：  

1、根据客户要求绘制平面图以及设计集成房屋结构图（含钢结构设计）；

2、参与项目有关方案、计划、策划的编写，负责项目现场的施工管理；  

3、按合同、图纸、规范要求协调施工，施工中严格贯彻执行有关质量、环境和安全规范、标准、规程；   

4、熟悉并掌握设计图纸、施工规范、标准和施工工艺，监督指导工人的实际施工操作；    

5、负责项目的成本控制、质量、安全、环境控制达到项目目标要求；  

6、项目经理赋予的其它职责、主管安排的其他任务。

    

任职要求：    

1、工民建、土木工程、钢结构设计、室内设计及环境艺术相关专业毕业，大专以上学历；

2、相关设计公司3年以上装饰施工安装工作经验，熟悉设计规范施工节点，能独立完成整套施工图的绘制，有钢结构设计相关经验优先；   

3、熟练使用CAD等软件，会使用vertex BD、 3D3S、PKPM vertex等软件进行设计效果图的工作，有方案深化设计能力；    

4、工作细致认真，有良好的沟通能力，有团队协作精神，吃苦耐劳；
