岗位职责：

1.熟悉报警系统，泵房原理及普消结构。

2.负责消防设施的每日检查，保证消防系统有效完好。

3.及时发现和处理设备故障，做好值班记录。

4.熟悉应急预案，紧急情况下，能有效开展工作。

任职资格：

1、身体健康，无不良嗜好；

2、对工作认真负责，服从工作安排，积极主动，沟通以能力强，动手能力强，有强烈的责任感；

3、会排报警故障，熟悉报警主机，会检测设备；

4、会电脑基本操作，能看懂CAD图纸优先考虑；

5、有消防维保检测经验者优先，需要持有中级构建筑消防员证书；
