该岗位base在项目

岗位职责：

1、全面向秩序经理汇报项目管理工作

2、制定项目秩序维护部的各项工作计划；

3、按时召开部门例会；传达项目、部门的会议精神；

4、做好秩序员的排班、考勤和绩效考核；

5、随时对各班工作进行督促和检查；

6、定期做好项目消防设施设备检查工作；

7、按公司要求完成项目秩序维护员的各项培训和训练工作；

8、随时掌握秩序员思想动态，及时进行沟通和反馈。组织秩序维护部的文化生活，增强队伍凝聚力；

9、做好秩序维护部的内务生活管理；

10、及时申报本部门的各项材料计划；

11、协助做好员工食堂的管理工作；

12、完成项目交办的其它任务。

任职资格：

1.高中以上学历；

2.年龄25-35周岁

3.具有3年以上物业秩序维护管理岗位经验，具有写字楼物业管理经验优先

4.品行端正、无违法犯罪前科；
