岗位职责： 

1. 正确操作完成热处理的生产作业活动； 

2. 严格按照制订的热处理工艺进行生产作业活动，并正确的完成相关的记录和检查； 

3. 保持生产现场的整洁，完成当班所需的5S工作； 

4. 在工程师指导下完成设备的维护和保养； 

5. 在工程师的指导下参与生产的研究和分析； 

6. 配合生产管理对生产现场的改善提出建议； 

7. 上级主管安排的其他工作。 

任职要求： 

1. 学习能力强，工作踏实，无热处理操作经验者也可。 

2. 了解常用热处理工艺，热处理设备操作； 

3. 具有组织性、纪律性和团队意识，工作认真积极、品德优秀、诚实守信； 

4. 自我激励、学习能力强。
