岗位职责：

  

1.     协助DSDP主管完成日常工作安排、记录MS的日常操作表现；

  

2.     如实记录每位MS考勤,并在当天汇报给DSDP主管；

  

3.     依据不同收货时间段汇总DSDP的货物信息；

  

4.     按照HAWB Consol Rule为货物Assign HAWB，并将完成分类的货物按分别派发给MS操作；

  

5.     根据货物的紧急程度，发送每天的Forecast给到货代，以便货代能够做合理有效的安排；

  

6.     负责DSDP 退货操作，整理单证并做单证检查；

  

7.     DSDP货物相关单证操作(如：非木，出区清单)；

  

8.     操作DSDP 货物PGI，并确保在相关系统中货物状态保持一致；

  

9.     制作DSDP 相关report(如：HAWB Consolidation, Add shift report)；

  

10.  处理DSDP clerk操作中的日常和异常情况。

  

                    

  

技能要求：

  

 1.     大专及以上学历；

  

2.     2年以上大中型物流企业工作经验；

  

3.     有SAP经验者优先;

  

4.     熟悉excel、word等微软办公软件处理;

  

5.     具有较强的团队合作精神/忠诚度，思维灵活;

  

6.     良好的英语和普通话读写能力。
