职能摘要
与华东地区各个旅行社建立保持良好的合作关系以寻求市场机会、制定市场策略；与同行、旅行社各部门及其他商业伙伴合作让更多的中国游客了解DFS环球免税店，扩大DFS在中国的市场份额，让客人享受旅行中的奢华购物。
建立，维护，提升与欧洲地区出境社，领队和其他旅游伙伴的合作关系以获取中国客人在DFS欧洲店铺内的最高入店率。
工作职责
DFS欧洲地区
- 积极主动地建立并发展与欧洲市场旅游业者的关系
- 协助旅游市场销售总监制定并执行DFS欧洲地区的所有推广活动以完成DFS欧洲市场的销售计划
- 为所辖区域的合作出境社及领队提供关于DFS店铺的各项培训
- 确保DFS与所辖区域内旅游合作伙伴合同的各项条款顺利地执行
- 确保被分配到的客户得到有效的服务，并能及时关注提升支持以期开发更多的商业机会
- 通过与欧洲地接社的合作推广寻求额外销售的机会
- 维护与酒店，旅行社，及其他合作伙伴的关系以促进客人进店
欧洲以外的DFS其他地区
- 建立并维护与华东地区各旅行社间的密切联系和合作
- 协助DFS中国旅游市场销售总监制订并执行DFS在亚洲国家和/或地区的所有针对中国市场的活动
- 寻求市场机会，策划、制定并执行与旅行社和/或其他商业伙伴的合作项目
其他
- 开展市场调查，收集市场信息，以协助制定销售计划并执行各类销售活动
- 定期提交销售报告及各类相关数据统计报告
- 中国旅游市场销售总监指派之其它任务
要求
- 大学本科以上学历，市场、旅游、酒店或语言专业优先
- 3年以上中国旅游、航空、酒店管理业实践工作经验，有欧洲出境游市场经验者优先
- 善于与人沟通，条理清晰，组织能力强，能快速有效完成指定任务
- 良好外表及自信
- 熟练运用Microsoft Windows及相关软件
- 英语六级，中英文流利，表达能力强
