Major Responsibilities:

· Assist in conducting market research in relevant segments of the property market.

· Assist in preparing documentation and progress reports.

· Assist in conducting feasibilities studies of potential development projects.

· Attending meetings and liaise with government officials and other relevant parties for development issues.
· Compose letters and business proposals and prepare meeting notes.

· Liaise with relevant government departments and property agencies.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

· University graduate in Real Estate or relevant discipline, i.e., Economics, Finance, Accounting, Town Planning, and Law preferred.

· At least 1-2 years working experience in real estate, preferably in the fields of investment, valuation, development or research & consulting.

· Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin).

· Good interpersonal ,communication and negotiation skills.

· Business-minded and able to work independently.

· Willing to learn, energetic and conscientious.
