工作职责：

1、做好车辆调度全面工作，协助制定车辆调度管理制度，确定车辆运输路线；
2、 随时掌握配送货源情况和车辆配载情况，保障公司车辆的合理调度，以利与协助对司机的日常管理，对途中司机进行安全跟踪，建立司机在途跟踪表，配合车队安全工作，对车辆油耗、及其费用的审核；
3、协助运输部经理了解员工思想，协同组织员工培训，加强与各部门之间的协调工作，配合组织司机参加业务培训。
4、具备一定的货代操作经验

要求：
1、有大型物流公司车辆调度或管理工作经验，熟练应用office软件。
2、较强的沟通协调能力和团队合作能力。
3、要求工作细心、耐心、责任感强；
4、身体健康、品行端正、能吃苦耐劳；
