职位描述
The main missions of the role are:
1. Assist the Manager to formulate , perfect and perform Administrative Regualtions, work flows, business forms;
协助上级建立健全行政管理制度、工作流程、业务表单等,并贯彻执行;
2. In charge of the plan of stationery cost, control and monitor office cost, fulfill the administrative cost report;
负责办公费用的计划、办公成本的控制及监督、行政费用的报销、统计及报表;
3. Assist the Manager to organize, coordinate the company-level meeting, annual meeting; organize and plan various kinds of employee activities, such as Birthday Party and employee travelling;
协助上级组织、协调公司层面会议、年会,组织策划员工生日会、员工旅游等各类活动;
4. In charge of the daily admin work of Chengdu Plant;
负责成都工厂日常行政管理工作;
5. In charge of plant planning and the management of office environment;
负责工厂规划及办公环境管理;
6. In charge of maintenance and repair plant, office and office equipment to make sure plant and office area in good condition;
负责工厂厂房、办公区及办公设备的维护及维修管理,确保工厂及办公区域处于正常状态;
7. In charge of plant and office greening maintenance and managment;
负责工厂厂区及办公区的绿化维护管理;
8. In charge of the cleaners’ management, training and evaluation;
负责对保洁员的管理、培训及业绩的考核;
9. In charge of the safeguards’ management, training and evaluation;
负责对保安员的管理、培训及业绩的考核;
10. Implement the company’s administrative work, assis the Manager to establish and maintain the relationship with Administrative’s relationship;
执行公司行政外联工作,协助上级建立、维护好行政管理机构的行政关系;
11. In charge of staff uniform plan, purchase and management, supplier selection and optimization, uniform supervision and inspection ;
负责员工工装的计划、采购及管理,供应商选择与优化,工装监督与检查;
12. In charge of holiday gifts plan, purchase and deliver ;
负责节日礼品的采购及发放;
13. In charge of key management;
负责成都工厂钥匙管理;
14. In charge of vehicle management, control vehicle maintenance costs and insurance accidents;
负责车辆管理,把控车辆维修费用及保险事故等事宜;
15. In charge of the management of outsourcing companies;
负责外包公司管理;
16. In charge of the management of the staff canteen and staff domitory;
负责员工食堂及员工宿舍管理;
17. In charge of analyzing the company‘s current incentive system and put forward rationalization suggestion towards the company’s incentive system; In charge of manage and file rationaliztion proposals,publish rationaliztion proposal progress regularly, organize relative assesment meeting and award release.
负责分析公司激励机制现状,对公司激励机制提出合理化建议; 负责管理及存档合理化建议、定期公布合理化建议进程,召开合理化建议评审会并安排奖品发放;
18. Fulfill other work assigned by the Manager.
完成上级交办的其它工作事项。
Basic requirement:
- Bachelor Degree, Major in Admin management or business administration.
大学本科, 行政管理或管理类专业
- Good command of English both in written and spoken.
良好的书面及口头英语表述能力
- Good command of PC skills, especially Microsoft office Software .
良好的计算机应用能力, 尤其是擅长office 办公软件
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
良好的人际沟通能力
- Optimization and prioritization of tasks.
优化工作任务
- Detail and result oriented. Detailed and down-to-earth attitude.

- At least 3 years relevant working experience in MNC.
