岗位职责

1. 通过电话营销，完成个人业绩指标；
2. 负责搜集新客户的资料并进行沟通，开发新客；
3. 与客户进行有效沟通了解客户需求，达成销售业绩；
4. 维护老客户的业务，提升会员使用率、推荐率、和忠诚度；挖掘客户的最大潜力；
5. 通过数据和会员反馈，充分挖掘会员需求，定期与合作客户进行沟通，建立良好的长期合作关系。
6. 完成上级领导交办的其他工作任务。

应聘资格

1. 男女不限.
2. 具有会员卡电话销售相关经验者优先录用；
3. 熟悉高端服务行业，具有2年以上业务销售技巧和经验；
4. 具有快速学习能力，以及优秀的沟通、分析与表达能力；
5. 主动积极、专注、成果导向、执行力强；
6. 具有良好的抗压、情绪管理、解决问题的能力；
7. 能融入公司文化，树立相同的价值观。
