Introduction:
For our Industry Sector in CHENGDU, we are looking for a SEWC I IA AS MF LU Customs Coordinator.This role will be responsible for coordinate all import and export tasks, manage all custom related documents, cooperate with AC to ensure VAT/custom tax on time payment and validate broker's service fee.

What are my responsibilities?
- Prepare and prequalify all inbound and outbound shipment documents request by CIQ, customs for raw material, finished goods, equipment and any other goods for import and export.
- Track the status of customs declaration and coordinate for abnormal customs related issues and ensure all processes are in compliance with local laws regarding customs.
- Liaise with customs broker to process the customs declaration.
- Prepare and archive all customs clearance documents.
- Manage the VAT payment and cooperate for VAT refund return.
- Create and maintain all customs relevant data in the respective IT systems.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Familiar with custom daily operation including custom declaration.
-Acquaintance with local law requirements related to customs.
-Hold custom broker license.
- >3 years experience in Custom and CIQ.
- Supply chain/logistics and manufacturing experience.
- Business Results Orientation, strategic-Innovative Orientation, customer Orientation, change Management.
- Average or above English ability.
