任职资格：

1、学历：高中及以上，安装、施工、装饰灯相关专业

2、同等岗位工作经验5年以上。有100万元以上保温、装饰、通风工程现场施工经验

3、精通保温、装饰、通风工程施工工艺，熟悉施工材料。了解相关安全质量等规范

4、熟悉现场施工管理的流程和方法，具备劳务组织管理能力，熟练操作使用各种安装工具，具备识图和高空作业能力，动手能力强

5、能独立进行安装施工和发现及解决现场问题的能力。组织能力强。

6、具备人际沟通能力，安全意识、责任心、主动性、领悟力、服务意识
