This job exists in Accounting Department.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Check employee reimbursement requests and post accounting transactions on time;
2. Arrange ISE allowance payment timely and accurately;
3. Prepare Corporate card's reconciliation, timely clearance and monthly reporting
4. Check travel agent billing and invoices on biweekly basis;
5. Recording T&E policy execution status and do escalations regularly;
6. Run E-claim report and do analysis;
7. Ensure T&E KPI accuracy and timely; manage T&E KPI
8. Prepare bank account (AP) reconciliation monthly;
9. Perform new comer induction and similar training regarding reimbursement
10. Coordinate E-Claim implementation with relevant parties;
11. Provide ad-hoc analysis as required by Accounting Manager

Key Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree with major in accounting or related, relevant professional certificate is preferred
2. Capable to work under pressure, innovative and adapt to change
3. Office software efficiency and proficient SAP skill is preferred
4. Good English skills, oral and written (communicate with foreigners frequently)
5. Good Communication skills
6. 3 years+ working experience in finance, MNC experience is preferred
