-Strong academic background with an undergraduate degree in sales marketing or relevant majors.

岗位职责：

-Develop and execute a most-effective sales and marketing strategy to increase business in the market.

在中国市场范围内，通过策划并且执行最有效的销售策略以增加区域内业务量。

-According to annual sales objectives, develop team working plans and follow through the execution level.

根据年度销售目标，制订团队工作计划并贯彻实施。

-Coordinate with distributors to process quotation, order and delivery. Act as coordinator role between sales, operation, engineering and field service departments to solve different kinds of problems in execution.

配合经销商报价，订单管理和合同执行，同时协调生产、技术、物流以及售后部门处理订单执行中产生的各类问题。

-Manage sales channels, and build strong partnership with distributors.

管理经销商渠道，在大区内与经销商建立良好的合作伙伴关系。

-Translate the Company marketing objectives to distributors, and utilize a balance scorecard to monitor, analyze and evaluate its performance.

传达公司总体市场策略，通过平衡记分卡制度来监督、分析、评估经销商的执行表现。

-Responsible for collecting market feedbacks and provide analytical reports in timely manner, to continuously improve ourselves and enhance the competitiveness in the market.

负责汇总并反馈市场信息，及时向主管提交报表和市场分析报告，以不断完善自我提升公司在市场上的竞争力。

-Maintain a stabilized pricing structure in the market to avoid pricing conflicts across the sales territories.

维护稳定的市场价格体系，避免区域之间的窜货和产品价格的恶性竞争现象的发生。

-Formulate and organize marketing events with distributors, such as promotion and advertizing etc.

定制和组织经销商市场推广、促销计划。

-Assist & support marketing department to accomplish government affairs.

协助市场部门完成部分所辖区域的政府事务。
