职位描述
职责：
1.组织和计划生产，以满足所有客户的要求（质量，生产成本，交货时间）及规定。
2.确保有合适的人力和物力资源，这是和公司发展战略相一致的；并确保最有效地使用这些资源。最优化利用库存（整板和已切割板材）。
3.通过持续，高效的保养和维修，确保机器处于非常良好的状态。
4.参与计划/预算工作，落实正确方案，以满足预算目标。
要求：
1.年龄在30至45岁之间
2.至少3年以上工业领域工作经验;（外商投资的工厂工作经验优先）
3.根据工作需要，能够实际操作机器，培训操作人员，确保机器保持良好状态。
4.熟悉图纸/机器
5.管理团队经验：10人至20人
6.如果可能，机械培训背景，并充分了解金属加工相关的技术知识。
7.CAD的知识和证书;
8.良好的表达和威信足以服众
9.良好的英语是一个好的附加条件 (不是必须条件)。
Responsibilities:
1.Organize and plan the production in order to meet all the customers’ requirements (quality, cost, delivery on-time) and specifications
2.Make sure to have the right human and material resources, which are aligned to the company strategy, and to use them most efficiently. Optimize use of inventory (sheet metal and partially used sheets).
3.Ensure that the machines are in very good condition, through a constant and efficient maintenance
4.Take part in all the planning/budgeting activities and put in place the right actions, in order to meet the budget objectives
Requirements:
1.Age between 30 and 45 years old
2.Industrial field working experience at least over 3 years; (with FOREIGN INVESTED FACTORY working experience will be the best)
3.Hands-on and able, as needed, to work on the machines to train operators and to ensure that machines are well maintained.
4.Good reading and understanding of drawings / machines
5.Management experience of a team from 10 to 20 people
6.Mechanical training if possible and full understanding of technical elements related to metal working
7.CAD knowledge and certificate;
8.Natural authority and good presentation
9.Good English is an option
