职位描述：
岗位职责 Responsibilities：
1、与IT相关负责人协调其他部门碰到的系统问题，以保证系统正常稳定的运行；
Coordinate issue from other department with related responsible IT person to assure all Online Systems running stably and normally.
2、执行和反馈公司内部各个新、旧系统上线或升级工作，并推动实施，提供技术支持及系统运营支持的问题反馈报告；
Execute the new & old system upgrade, online operation, drive the actual implementation. Provide technical support and issue/feedback report in system operation period.
3、负责具体项目的管理、实施和验收工作，督促所负责的项目按照计划及时完成；
Be in charge of specific project management, implementation, acceptance check. Supervise and urge the project on time delivery according to the original schedule.
4、帮助所有部门对上线的系统进行故障排除及报表支持；
Provide Daily support to all departments and help them for trouble shoot.
5、根据用户的需要导系统日/周/月报表以及系统账号管理；
Help user to export systems daily/weekly/monthly report and account management.
6、IT项目文档管理、配置管理等；
Responsible for IT projects documentation, configuration management, etc.
7、对新入职的员工进行信息系统培训；
Give IT system training to new employee.
8、根据其他部门的需求给予终端用户相关的培训。
Give system training to key user regarding to requirement from other department.

任职资格 Qualification：
1、学历及专业要求 Education：计算机或相关专业大学专科以上学历 Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant disciplines
2、工作经历要求 Experience：3年以上IT系统技术支持经验 At least 3years of proven experience in IT system technical support.
3、专业知识 Professional knowledge：操作系统知识、数据库知识、熟悉供应链业务和财务知识 Knowledge of operating system and database, Conversant in business of entire supply chain and Finance / Accounting processes.
4、计算机要求Computer：操作系统，Office办公软件, 数据库 Operation System, Office, Database
5、外语要求Language：流利的中英文读写听讲能力 Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
6、其他要求Other requirements：具备分析和解决问题的能力、沟通协调能力 Be skillful in analyzing IT issues and problem solving, able to communicate effectivel 举报 分享
