职位描述：
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
? Answer and transfer all incoming calls professionally.
? Set up and maintain an effective filing system for the Spectro Lab Shanghai.
? Make travel arrangements for staff, and visitors.
? Monitor and check all reports within the BU, including phone bills, purchase requisitions and all relevant correspondences.
? Manager office equipment and to troubleshoot issues for the team.
? Assist in organizing internal and external activities and events such as product training or research seminar.
? Effectively communicate with external and internal partners.
? Amecare promotion and service marcom East China.
? LOP conducting.
? Finish other tasks assigned by the superior.

REQUIREMENT
? College Degree
? Over 1 year working experiences.
? Good written English communication skills
