Requirement:

Bachelor or above, 3 plus years working experience in relevant area ,mechanical or Industry engineering preferred;

Responsibilities:

Conduct supplier evaluation on a regular base; set target for Supplier Continuous Improvement Programs with problematic suppliers; enforce and monitor suppliers’ progress.

定期审核供应商的能力和表现。为有问题的供应商设定持续改进计划的目标，并跟踪其改善的进度。

Lead supplier lean manufacturing improvements, assist SQE do advance quality planning with supplier to reduce purchasing cost and avoid quality disaster.

主导/帮助供应商提高精益生产的水平,协助SQE做好先期质量策划,以降低采购成本避免后期质量问题.

Provide support during in logistics issues by facilitating direct communications between the regional buyers/planners and suppliers; ensure clear understanding during such communications.

在出现物流问题的情况下，促进英维康各区域的采购员和计划员与供应商的直接联系，帮助其相互间的沟通和理解。

Coordinate supplier survey, evaluation, and other business activities such as negotiations, meetings, and visits.

组织供应商调研、评审、以及其它业务如谈判、会议和访问。

Identify potential cost saving opportunities to reduce material cost to reach annual PPV target.

确定成本降低项目的可行性，以完成年度PPV目标。

According to the requirements of new projects, recommend potential manufacturers/suppliers when necessary. Lead to qualify the new suppliers per project goals

根据新项目的要求,推荐潜在的生产制造商，并开发成合格的供应商

Support Top Management with professional advices in all matters related to purchasing and supply base management.

于管理层提供采购和供应事物相关的专业建议

Participate in cross-functional teams; support team activities with professional sourcing and purchasing effort
