1、独立开展实施人员招聘各项工作，包括招聘准备，招聘信息发布更新，简历筛选，面试，背景调查，薪资沟通，录用确认等；
2、了解掌握各部门的用人需求，制订及实施招聘计划；
4、维护公司招聘网站以及其他招聘渠道，发布职位需求信息，做好公司形象宣传；
5、熟悉公司人力资源制度，招聘流程。
任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，工商管理、人力资源管理等相关专业优先；
2、三年以上相关工作经验，熟悉招聘流程及各种招聘渠道，对招聘管理工作有娴熟的处理技巧；
3、擅长与人沟通和交往，富有亲和力和较强的说服力以及较强的应变能力；
4、有人力资源招聘的实务操作经验，熟悉国家相关法律法规；
