Job Description
全面负责门店管理及运作；
Responsible for overall management and operation in the stores
制订门店销售、毛利计划，并指导落实；
Responsible for implementing store Gross & Sales plan
传达并执行总部的新概念和工作计划；
Communicating new concepts and work plan of headofice
负责与地区总部及其他业务部门的联系沟通；
Responsible for communication between Regional office and other departments
负责门店各部门管理人员的选拨和考评；
Responsible for assessment of each Department Managers
指导各部门的业务工作，努力提高销售、服务质量；
Responsible for conducting work and improving sales & service quality
严格控制损耗、人事成本、营运成本
Strictly control Loss, personnel cost and operating cost
进行库存管理，保证充足的货品、准确的库存及订单的及时发放；
Assure to inventory and order goods in time;
保障营运安全，严格控制食品安全、消防的日常管理和设备的正常运作；
Ensure operation safety, strictly control food safety ,daily management of fire fighting and normal operation of equipments.
授权值班经理处理店内事务；
Authorize affairs in store
负责店内其他日常事务。
Responsible for other daily routine in store


岗位要求
Job Requirements
1、大专及以上学历,专业不限；
1. College graduate or above, major in any profession
2、3年以上零售业大型卖场管理工作经验，具有较强的店务管理经验；
2. 3 years or above working experience in retail area, strong store management experience
3、精通团队管理、商品管理、陈列管理，熟悉店内各项流程的制定、执行；
3. Familiar with team management, good management, display management and each process’s execution
4、较强的团队管理能力和沟通能力，能够承受较大的工作强度和工作压力；
4. Good team management ability and communication ability, able to work under high strength and work pressure
5、英语口语流利
5. Oral English is favorable
