职位描述（岗位职责）：

1.负责少儿平台所有产品的整个网站优化，配合产品经理完成产品上线的基础SEO优化。
2.撰写SEO方案，并负责整个SEO方案的执行实施监控到验收。
3.搜集并研究各竞争对手的网站，了解竞争对手的情况，分析到位，针对性的采取SEO应对方案并实施。
4.对编辑、技术、美工的相应SEO的培训工作，并执行SEO相关的准侧和标准；
5.并对网站的免费搜索引擎流量和转换负责。

任职要求（任职资格）：

1.对搜索引擎的研究有一定的热情，对工作有责任感，并愿意向搜索引擎优化研究方向发展。
2.熟悉英文SEO，有两年以上英文SEO工作经验，
3.大本以上学历。条件优良者可放宽至大专。
4.有一定的沟通协调能力，需要协调和其他部门沟通。
5.要求懂HTML代码，对html代码熟悉，对.NET和数据有一定的基础。
6.对SEO最新消息敏感和持续关注。
7.对SEO竞争对手分析有一定的分析、评估能力。
8.对Google Analytics有一定分析和利用能力。
9.有SEO相关管理经验者优先。
