Mission of Function
Initially project module lead for launching a new industrial automation plant in China to manufacture SIMATIC family products.
Establish all production processes in new plant and take over the production department of the new plant in 2013.

Dimensions of Function
Leading more than 200 staff (including white collars & blue collars); responsible for production execution for whole plant

Contacts (internal / external)
Internal: Plant management, production Management at German lead factory, commercial management, Siemens Ltd. China management,
External: suppliers

Task
- Plan and introduce production processes and equipment in the new to establish electronic works
Define and control time schedules, budgets, resources for the project. Find suppliers and consultants.
- Responsible for the high level production
- Manufacturing of electronic products
- Create production strategies
- Planning, recruiting and hiring engineers and production staff

Knowledge
- Electronic manufacturing processes
- Project management
- Quality management
- Good English skill in both oral and written

Experience
- > 8 years experience in technology and test engineering; > 4 years production execution experience in manufacturing (preferably experience in electronics manufacturing industry)
- manufacturing industrial electronic products
- > 3 years leadership experience (at least 50 employees) in a manufacturing environment;
Be capable to manage both engineers and production staff
- Capable to cooperate and lead in an diverse, international environment
Experience in a multinational company is preferred
