Introduction:
Representing company image as the first contact for visitors, responsible for reception, meeting room arrangement, postal articles and mails distribute, and telephone exchange.
What are my responsibilities:
- Receive all the visitors professionally and make proper registration; prepare welcome sign for important visitors together with the responsible department of the guests.
- Handle all the incoming calls to the main telephone and transfer relevant call to the extension telephone, update the latest extension list and the company equipped mobile phones list.
- Receive and distribute postal articles and postal mails.
- Keep the whole reception hall area in a proper order including normal operation of all facilities in this area at any time.
- Arrange the meeting room upon application..
- Assist in conducting security issues including guard, fire fighting, etc.
- Train and instruct guards to handle phone calls and receive visitors in proper manner.
What do I need to qualify for this job:
- 2 years administration working experience, receptionist experience is preferred.
- College above, administration management and English major is preferred.
- Good command of MS Office and telephone answer skill.
- Good command of English, in both spoken & writing.
- Customer Orientation, Team player and responsible. .
- Experience in an international company is preferred.
