PREREQUISITES:
1.Bachelor Degree or Above
2.Fluent in English, excellent skills on communication and coordination
3.patient, attention to details, driving force to follow up and make things done.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1.Responsible for corporate administration, safety and guarding, management of staff Café, Hotel reservation, food arrangement for Temp staff and dispatch mobiles for business trip
2.Responsible for statistics of staff`s on working and off working status, sum up OT and provide the above data to General factory.
3.Handling for on boarding and off boarding, staff information registration, Maintain staff personal file.

Responsibilities:
1.Assist HR functions to support HR/other departments.
2.Assist CV filtering, Search to form shortlist, coordinate and arrange interviews.
3.HR database maintains.
4.Follow up admin issues such as shuttle bus arrangemement, canteen etc.

Requirements :
1. Education: 3rd grade students or postgraduates are preferred.
2. Willing to involve in daily HR operation matters.
3. Good communication Skills and English skills.
4.Can work at least 4 days/week. Full time would be a plus.
