职位描述：
Job Content
Responsible for inbound transportation related process set-up and improvement, data analysis, objective to improve the cycle time, cost efficiency, timely support for factory needs. This role will include managing the forwarders who are responsible for capital equipment/material/parts shipment from origin, and need to corporate with shipper/supplier, requester/user, and buyer to ensure a timely support to TI Chengdu business need.

Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for the working process development, execution and results to inbound transportation to TI Chengdu. Which include:
- Transportation cycle time monitoring and continuous improvement, freight cost analysis and implement cost saving project.
- Urgent inbound shipment tracking, coordination with all stakeholders to ensure meet business needs.
- Transportation quality tracking, analysis, and improvement.
- Benchmark TI sites, enterprise, ensure TI Chengdu performance in transportation is meeting the goal..
- Project/program engagement in world-wide transportation, drive the execution in TICD.
- Develop, manage and evaluates supplier’s performance.

Qualification Requirement
1. Bachelor degree or above in supply chain or relevant majors.
2. 5 years (and above) working experience on global transportation, include air and ocean shipping related jobs.
3. Understanding of Inbound/outbound customs requirement.
4. Some knowledge in trade compliance.
5. Excellent Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Skills.
6. Excellent analysis skill (statistics, problem analysis, tools, etc.)
7. Good communication skills, fluent in English and Chinese.
