职位描述：
Purpose of the Position
The Release & Build Engineer autonomously develops and maintains tool assigned by the Release & Build Team. This includes, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, implementing using a suitable programming language and debugging tools that will help the project teams to optimize efficiency and minimize risk during development in order to let them concentrate on bringing high-quality games to players.

Job Responsibilities
- Work involve in all the game projects on PC, Xbox, PS platforms. Develop automatic tools according to requirement from project and related pipeline.
- Responsible for the feasibility analysis, design, development, maintenance, documentation and overall quality (including implementation, performance, stability and usability) of system tools
- Develop the tools with high commonality, high reusability and high expandability to solve the common problems in the long term.
- Investigate tools from both internal and external of Ubisoft. Reuse the existed tools or modules with high priority to implement solution.
- Responsible for presentation and training to related person on the usage of the developed tool.
- Continuously gathering feedbacks from customers on tools improvement plan and follow up.
- Fix developed tool’s problems in priority order.
- Regularly update the work process with leads, peers and customers.
- Help other team members to improve programming skills.


Job Requirements
- Must have C++, C# and Web programming experience.
- Knowledge of SCM (Perforce, Git, SVN and etc.)
- Knowledge of database development, MS-SQL, MySQL and Database scripting experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio for software development, Microsoft.NET and Windows GUI programming.
- Familiar with web programming technologies, such as JAVA, REST, JSON, PHYTON is an asset.
- Understand software engineering practices.
- Able to analyze and evaluate risks while proposing solutions.
- Able to program and debug complex applications using object-oriented or procedural programming.
- Knowledge of bug tracking, sprint planning, and wiki software.
- Not only able to work independently, also work with teamwork.
- Able to improve work constantly and make team develop.
- Good Chinese & English communication ability.

- 负责系统工具的可行性分析，设计，开发和维护，并且提供相关文档和确保工具服务的质量（包括实施，高性能，高稳定性和可用性）。
- 开发的工具具备通用性，重用性，可扩展性，从而能够更长久的解决同一类的问题。
- 研究公司内部和外部的工具，优先重用已有的工具或模块来实现解决方案。
- 负责向客户及相关人员展示和培训所开发工具的使用方法。
- 积极主动地根据反馈，持续改进完善工具。
- 按照优先级解决工具的问题。
- 和上级，同事，客户及时交流工作进展。
- 帮助组内其他成员提高开发工具的能力。


任职要求
- 有C++, C#和web相关开发经验。
- 了解一定的源代码管理工具（Perforce，Git，SVN等）
- 了解数据库开发相关知识，有MS-SQL，MySql和数据库脚本相关经验。
- 有Microsoft Visual Studio开发Microsoft.NET和Windows GUI相关的经验。
- 熟悉Web开发的相关技术，如Java，REST，JSON，PHYTON等
- 了解软件工程的实践。
- 能够在提出解决方案的同时分析和评估风险。
- 能够运用面向对象编程来处理和调试复杂的应用程序。
- 了解bug的跟踪，sprint计划和wiki 软件。
- 能独立工作，也能很好地开展团队合作。
- 善于思考和不断的改进工作方式，帮助团队发展
