职位描述：
· Plan and co-ordinate the provision of friendly, efficient services to VIP through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival through departure.
通过个人认知和快速关注，从抵达到离开，为贵宾提供友好的，有效的服务。
· Review arrival lists for arrivals of all VIP’s and returning guests to check room allocations, amenities, and special requests.
检查预到报表，为贵宾和回头客分配房间，检查房间赠品和特殊需求。
· Prepare requisitions for amenities on a timely basis.
及时准备贵宾赠品。
· Assist with check-ins/check-outs of VIP guests.
协助VIP办理入住和退房
· Greet VIP Guests upon arrival and bid farewell upon their departure
迎接和送别VIP
· Room VIP new Guests
将贵宾和新的客人送入房间
· Liaise with other departments and necessary outside contacts to ensure excellent service delivery
与其他部门保持合作，与必要外界部门保持联系，确保为客人提供优质服务。
· Ensure all VIPs and returning guests consistently receive all benefits, special recognition and service from all departments.
确保所有贵宾和回头客在入住期间能够持续收到所有的特殊待遇和服务
