Job Responsibilities:

- Manage risk from derivatives transaction for customer service, trading, and the bank in accordance with the bank's policy, including profitability to the bank

- Evaluate regularly in both domestic and international market condition in short and long-term, and other related factors to be real time to business decision making and present to executives.

- Perform transaction with banks in both domestic and overseas in order to manage risk & profitability of the bank and trading

- Review business plan & strategy during the time to have continuous improvement and accord market movement.

- Enhance capability of the IT system and operational process to increase competitive advantage

- Evaluate regularly in both domestic and international market condition in short- and long terms, and other related factors on timely basis for business decision making and presenting to executives.

- Join in review business plan & strategy during the time to have continuous improvement and accord market movement.

- Ensure that the operations within scope of responsibility are complied with the set standard and procedures

- Coordinate with Headquarter in Treasury Management

- Manage within the approved budget

- Perform other tasks not mentioned above, but assigned by the management.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics related deciplines;

- At least 5 years' experience in banking industry, familiar with Treasury sales & operations;

- Good knowledge of local market, and excellent relationship with major Chinese banks treasury department;

- Good fixed income/treasury product knowledge , especially on structured FX and IRS products;

- Understanding of function of Chinese corporate and laws/regulations on derivative products;

- Fluent in both writing and speaking English;
