此职位的职责在于在饭店经理等管理人员不在时负责饭店的管理，并负责按照部门预先制订的标准执行所有程序。
The incumbent in the position is responsible for representing the hotel management during their absence, and is responsible that all procedures are carried out according to pre-set standards of the departments.
