职位描述：
1. 负责机加和铸造供应商的搜寻﹑评估﹑准入﹑开发﹑谈判﹑替换等日常管理工作；
2. 负责执行样品﹑样件的开发工作，包括所负责类别的样件订单的制作，跟进，协调以及解决供应链（商）的具体业务问题；
3. 执行供应链的战略策略，完成所分管的领域的成本目标；
4. 负责达成所分管的供应商的绩效目标 --质量、交付与成本水平；
5. 完成公司或主管交办的其他任务。

职位要求：
1. 大学专科或以上学历；机械、化工、或商务等相关专业；
2. 3年以上工作经验，熟悉机械制造行业的零部件制造流程，有工业品采购工作经验更佳；
3. 具备较强的沟通协调能力，商务谈判能力,问题分析与解决能力；
4. 具备强烈的责任心及主动性，具备团队合作精神，热爱本职工作；
5. 具备良好英文听、说、读、写能力， 能够参与欧美同事的电话会议，理解并清晰表达沟通；
6. 熟练应用Office软件，尤其是能够采用excel进行数据分析和整理；
7. 能够适应出差（不超过30%工作时间）。 举报 分享
