Role Responsibilities
1）？ Manage and monitor QS team to provide QS consultancy service for clients. Responsible for quality and efficiency of provided service is in order. Provided professional QS consultancy service to clients. Cost planning of the project from inception to completion to ensure project is under budget control.
监督并管理QS团队，为客户提供QS咨询服务。负责专业咨询的质量和效率的。为客户提供专业的QS咨询服务。按计划由始至终确保项目预算和有效控制项目成本。
2）？ Responsible for staff management and other administrative affairs.
负责部门员工的管理和其他行政事务

Operations
? Manage & oversee daily operations of the team.
        管理和监督团队日常运作
? Responsible to monitor and checking for the budget, project cost plan, tender query, pre-qualification, tender document, BOQ, pre-tender estimate, pre-tender clarification & addendum, tender return analysis, post tender clarification & addendum, tender report, contract document, progress payment, RVO, statement of final account etc .
        负责监督和审核预算，项目成本计划，招投标答疑，资格预审，招标文件，工程量清单，标底，投标前的澄清与附录，投标分析后，投标澄清和附录，投标报告，合同文件，进度付款，RVO清单，报表决算等。
? Attend consultancy meeting with client to get their feedback for provided service.
        参加咨询会议，获得客户对所提供服务的反馈意见。
? To solve project contractual dispute and negotiation with contractor.
        解决与承包商项目合同谈判中的争议
? Monitoring cost occurred for VO and final account progress.
        处理成本变更和最终结算
? Evaluation validity of RVO raised.
         评估变的可行性和有效性
? Document control and filing system.
        文件管理和控制
? Evaluation of work done and project progress payment.
        评估项目施工进度和进度结款
? Monitor and manage consultancy progress claim & payment.
        负责咨询服务进度及收款
? To ensure team can complete based on scheduled time.
        保证团队按计划完成工作任务
? Understand and survey local market resources, for example contractor, supplier, construction material etc
        了解和调查本地市场行情，例如承包方、供应商、建筑材料等
Staff Management and Development
? Good communication skills.

? Leadership of the team.

? To understand and learn good practice from other local market.
         熟悉本地市场且有一定的行业背景
Education Qualification：Degrees in one of the following disciplines: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent.
Relevant Experience：About 8 years of working experience in cost consultancy service. Good track record with project in the industry.
Professional Accreditations：Preferably Registered Quantity Surveyor, Arbitrator or relevant Professional of equivalent status.
Professional Knowledge/ Skills：Possess good leadership qualities, good problem solver abilities, good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Behavioural Competencies：Able to motivate the staff towards.
Language Proficiency：Proficiency in English and Mandarin
