Financial Coordinator for Marketing Department
Main Responsibilities
SAP Activities
- Responsible for Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order process, payment applications for all service received items by project basis.
Budget Tracking
- Take lead responsibilities of Jaguar Land Rover Operation FME budget tracking, make sure all Purchase Requisition application is within budget.
Month-end Closing Activities
- Responsible for financial month-end closing activities
- Ensure SAP MIGO before the deadline
- MIGO & MIRO matched in the same month
- Communicate with project owner to confirm actual cost by monthly basis
- Payments approve process follow up
- Responsible for month-end accrual items confirmation with finance department
Forecasting Activities
- Collecting all FME forecasting information from each budget owner and do the consolidation
- Ensure all budget category are reconciled with budget
YTD FME campaign updates
- Update Jaguar and Land Rover FME campaign cost breakdown
