Objectives
In China and in close link with CM, manage following activities:
? Develop new suppliers and develop product validation in actual supplier
? Supplier development: start & raise business with already homologated & identified suppliers
? Target panel building and management tools & Methods : SOL; ASIP;
? RFQ and negotiation, Business case study , Business Award ,
? Continuous improvement plan (QCD responsibility on orders placed in China)
? At tender phase, to bring sourcing costs (experienced on China projects), communicates to sourcing community all information required for RFQ (logistics, warranty, etc.)
? Work as Project sourcing manager to ensure the material cost align with BUD and Target
? Project sourcing 60 % Indirect Sourcing & CPAEX 40%
? Supplier Claim management
Performance Measurement
? Sourcing KPI ( Sourcing Roadmap ; Ref LIB; Project sourcing etc., )
? Localization KPI
Responsibilities
? Project sourcing : Prepare RFQ and Cost comparison and FA based on PMFU of projects
? Control supplier Q,C,D performance
? Input sourcing data in K3 on time
? Regular visit and well communication with supplier
? Weekly report on time
? Other tasks assigned by sourcing managers
Requirements
? Over 3 years experience in sourcing activities, preferred in a manufacturing site or MNC
? Engineering Bachelor or Master degree
? Efficiency and motivation on daily work
? Work under pressure
? Problem solving oriented attitude
? Fluent in listening, writing and spoken English, French is a plus
? Very well organized, work efficiently under tight deadlines, sharp analytical skill
? Teamwork ability, rigor, formalism when dealing with suppliers
? Can work independently as well as part of a team with strong communication skills to interface effectively
? Experience in ERP (K3 or SAP) system is a plus
? IT skill including : Word , Excel, PPT, Project, CAD
