职位描述：
Job Responsibility:
1. Be Responsible for evaluating, selecting, and ordering equipment that is most appropriate and cost effective for the manufacture of company products
2. Be Responsible for the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
3. Be Responsible for machine performance and reliability improvement reliability (OEU, MTBA, MTBF, Downtime analysis and optimize)
4. To build machine maintenance activities and plan
5. To manage spare part to make sure assembly line isn’t down cause by spare part
6. Continuously improve the machine issue to maintain assembly line run smoothly
7. Cooperation with quality engineer to deal with Quality issue and Customer complaint relate with equipment.
8. Online operator & technician training for new assembly line
9. Overall management equipment supplier activities and make sure meet all project target

Requirements:

1 5+ years work experience for DP equipment (Bank grinding, Wafer sawing). Laser sawing is plus
2 University degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
3 Basic knowledge EFMEA/8D or 3x5why
4 Good skills of communication and team work;
5 Good oral and written communication skills in English.
