职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、带领前厅主管和服务员认真做好餐前准备，确保质量标准；
2、正式开餐后，及时跟踪、检查台面，对不合格的地方进行指正、改正；
3、督导服务员认真落实酒店与部门规章制度；
5、做好员工的考勤、培训工作；
5、对餐厅服务质量负责，向项目经理和客户汇报。

任职资格：
1、大专以上文化程度，酒店管理相关专业，无关端正，形象气质佳；
2、3年以上相关行业从业经验，熟悉餐厅管理和服务方面的知识，具有熟练的服务技能；
3、有较高的处理餐厅突发事件的应变能力及对客沟通能力；
4、有报告输出能力，熟练使用自动办公系统和软件；
4、热爱服务工作，工作踏实、认真，有较强的事业心和责任感。

薪酬：
