职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责天猫/淘宝店铺的客户售前咨询，使用旺旺等在线聊天工具，为前来咨询的客户介绍商品、客户答疑、商品推荐、促成交易；
2、负责宝贝的售后服务，订单确认及查询，客户投诉、退换货处理等；
3、每天归纳整理客户数据，提交报表给运营；
4、协助店铺运营，做好其他工作。
任职要求：
1.大专以上学历，有淘宝/天猫客服工作经验优先；
2.打字速度快，打字速度不低于60字/分钟；
3.性格开朗好学，具备强烈的销售意识和良好的沟通技巧；
4.熟悉淘宝/天猫购物、支付等流程；
5.具有团队意识和工作责任心；
