Key Responsibilities
? You will go all in and do your absolute best. Together with your colleagues you will execute strategies to reach the business objectives of your team.
? You will steer your career. Your core support team will empower you to be the captain of your career on the journey of personal growth.
Further, as a Management Trainee in Customer Service function in Chengdu you will:
? Ensure adherence to MNS’s standard operating procedures (SOP) with regards to
? Acceptance and confirming bookings to vendors
? Accurate carrier allocation
? Good customer service level rendered to vendors
? Optimal/maximizing container utilization rates
Project Assistance
The position holder is expected to undertake project roles where applicable, either as team leader or leader leading the project.
Operations Management
? The position holder is expected to develop his/her knowledge in daily operations.
? Effectively solve the problem during our cooperation with ocean carriers.
Additional roles within team
Depending on the team requirements, the position holder is expected to be able to take on one or more coordinating tasks and be able and willing to assist where possible.

? Master’s level education in Business or other relevant discipline with a maximum of 3 years’ work experience after graduation, in parallel with education or between degrees.
