职位描述：

Essential Job Responsibilities
· Lead collaborative business requirements sessions to elicit, author, and maintain business requirements and change requests

· Ensure that requirements are signed off by the business
· Works closely with the leader to ensure priorities are agreed and communicated to local business and development teams

· Understand and assess project cross-impacts and dependencies
· Participate in software testing
· Demonstrate software and new features to user community and support user training
· Assist business stakeholders in completing user acceptance testing and sign off
· Maintain user documentation of our applications

Required Qualifications
· 3+ years of related experience

· Basic understanding of software development life cycle preferred
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local language
· Very good verbal and written communication skills in English
· Must be able to work some hours overlapping with US East Coast times
· Organized with strong multitasking and time management skills.
· Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
· Ability to work with cross- functional teams.

岗位职责：
1. 主导业务需求会议，提取、拟定并主张业务需求和需求变更；
2. 确保需求由业务部门确认；
3. 和上级确保就事务优先级与业务部门和研发团队沟通并达成一致；
4. 理解并评估项目中的交叉影响和依赖关系；
5. 参与软件测试；
6. 向用户演示软件新特性并提供培训；
7. 协助业务相关人员完成验收测试；
8. 维护产品用户文档。

任职资格：
1. 三年以上相关工作经验；
2. 了解基本的软件开发周期知识；
3. 优秀的英语听说读写能力；
4. 能够保证安排部分工作时间同美国东海岸工作时间重合；
5. 拥有良好的组织计划能力，能够做好多任务管理和时间管理；
6. 注重细节，具备优秀的分析和解决问题的能力；
7. 跨部门协作能力强。
