1. Assisting the VP in all her day to day office work
2. Translating from Chinese to English during meetings
3. Preparing minutes of the meeting and submitting it to all the concerned executives
4. Assisting in follow up of order processing, commercialization, production schedule etc.
5. Assisting in preparing production plans
6. Organising meetings and preparing the agenda
7. Attending meetings with the VP whenever necessary
8. Traveling to factories if need be with the Director to assist him in his work
9. All the other official duties which are essential but not defined
