职位描述：
Key Responsibilities
? Create effective recruitment content and ads for social media and digital platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, LinkedIn and additional professional media outlets;
? Builds strategic partnerships with key universities based on business needs and resources available. Manage the internship and co-op program: full cycle recruitment for interns including management of onboarding, midpoint and final reviews, final business presentations, all the way to conversion to full-time when applies;
? Works closely with group branding team ensure the culture message that is studied and shared internally is consistently and appropriately shared externally;
? Develop and maintain a content library including photos, videos and other collateral to leverage as part of our digital strategy;
? Monitoring online conversations & employment reviews, seeking opportunities to create external engagement;
? Photograph and video events sometimes outside of normal work hours;
? Assist in event coordination and execution;
? Help promote our Employee Referral Program internally;

Education & Experience
? Bachelor’s degree or above, majors in Communications, Marketing or other related discipline preferred
? Ability to self-motivate and work independently
? 3+ years of brand experience in an agency environment or corporation
? 1+ years of recruitment marketing experience
? Working knowledge of CRM technology
? Proven experience in developing strong relationships
