岗位要求：

1、有建筑装饰工程施工现场资料管理工作经验；
2、负责公司所属各个项目施工过程中技术资料的报送、收集、整理工作；
3、参加分部分项工程的验收工作；
4、负责备案资料的填写、会签、整理、报送、归档：负责工程备案管理，实现对竣工验收相关指标(包括质量资料审查记录、单位工程综合验收记录)作备案处理；
5、组织项目部进行工程资料的竣工归档工作，负责工程资料的交档；
6、配合完成现场签证单的办理工作。

7、完成上级领导交办的其它工作。

任职要求：
1、大专以上，建筑工程技术类或建筑工程管理类相关专业，建筑装饰类优先。
2、一年以上建筑装饰工程施工现场资料管理工作经验。
