Major Responsibilities and Objectives
? Assist the Assistant Director – Marketing in developing innovative, strategic, smooth and quality events, sales promotions and tenants events of the project.
协助市场策划副总监建立创新的,策略性、平稳以及质优的推广、促销及租户活动
? Plan and manage events and sales promotion campaigns, and cooperate with tenants events, for the project projecting a proper image of the centre befitting its positioning, as well as drawing traffic, sales and loyalty.
策划项目的活动、促销及配合租户活动,展现出一个与项目定位相符的形象以及拉动人流、消费及忠诚度。
? Develop and maintain sound working relationships and develop strong partnership with events companies, charities bodies, media, PR companies, agencies, and related government departments in order to achieve good exposure of the brand in a suitable manner.
为了在合理的规定范围内更好地展示我们的品牌,需要与活动公司、慈善团体、媒体,公关公司,机构,和相关部门建立和保持合理的工作关系和稳固的合作伙伴关系。
? Analyse market trends and customer preferences so as to identify marketing and opportunity and changes in competition landscape.

? Manage events, sales promotion and communication plans.
管理活动,促销及传播策划
? Share responsibilities of budgetary control for marketing.
与团队共同制定市场推广策划预算

Major Tasks and Activities:
? Leading team and working partners, to plan and implement good events campaigns and sales promotions for the project
带领团队及合作单位,策划及执行项目的推广、促销活动
? Liaise with agencies, suppliers,government departments and tenants to ensure effective and quality events campaigns and communications plans for the project are delivered according to schedule.
与各类合作单位,租户、供应商,政府部门联络确保物业中心有效的,质优的市场推广促销活动按时传递执行。
? Build partnership with suitable events companies, tenants and charity bodies etc. to secure exposure of the brand.
与合适可靠的活动公司、租户、慈善媒体等建立合作关系以保证品牌的良好展现。
? Procure approval from relevant government departments where necessary.
在需要的方面,争取相关政府的同意审批。
? Manage and supervise agencies and suppliers and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of their work.
管理监督相关机构以及供应商,评估他们的工作质量以及效益。
? Manage team and corresponding teams to ensure events and sales promotion will be successfully implemented
管理团队及配合团队,确保活动及促销等顺利执行
? Manage the marketing budget.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
? University graduate, with a minimum 3-year experience in marketing, advertising, PR and event.
市场策划或相关专业本科以上学历,在市场,广告,公关和活动推广领域3年以上工作经验。
? Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin.
流利的中英文口语及书面表达能力
? Good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service oriented attitude.
优秀顾客服务态度,优秀的谈判,沟通和个人交际能力。
? Exposure in working with foreign companies in the PRC, and in liaising with international companies/clients would be an advantage.
在中国有在外企工作经验,和外企或外国客户联络经验的优先。
? Creative with a good sense of market and attention to details, and to be able to work under tight schedule.

? To be able to work in a multi-cultural work environment.

? Conversant with the use of PC in particular Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
