? Reports to the Chengdu Branch Operations Manager
? Contribute to the Bank’s Regional goal

About the role
As a Payment Service Officer, you will be responsible for conducting corporate payment and account service processes. You will be involved in document and related regulatory reporting compliance checks and for ensuring that all processes fully comply with internal policies, procedures, and local regulatory requirements. You will also be involved in the delivery of good customer services and provide support to Relationship Managers. You will ensure the timely and accurate maintenance of customer records and manage general inquiries and provide solutions to both internal and external customers. You will support branch finance processes and also support your line manager in various related projects and tasks. Being a key member of the bank, you will also uphold ANZ’s values of Integrity, Collaboration, Accountability, Respect and Excellence.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following –

? Related Banking Operations experience (preferred)
? Sound problem-solving and coordinating skills
? The ability to set clear achievable goals, set priorities, and meet deadlines
? The ability to work under pressure and to learn quickly
? A Bachelor’s degree from recognized university
