主要职责

1.维护公司品牌和形象，为银行网点人员专业有效的支持，并为客户提供及时和优质的服务；
2.负责所辖银行网点保险业务的开拓及业务目标的达成，遵循公司的各项管理规定和业务品质标准，规范职业行为；
3.定期和所辖银行网点各层级人员进行有效沟通和协调，以获得其对代理保险业务的持续支持和推动；
4.负责培训和辅导银行网点人员销售本公司银行保险产品，策划组织网点现场咨询并辅助银行人员销售，提升其独立销售保险产品的技能；
5.取单送单、投保单初审，为网点配送各种单证及销售资料，保证回执按时回销。
6.提供咨询、问题单处理、保全等售前及售后服务，包括续期保费的收取追踪等工作；
7.负责建立所辖银行网点及客户的档案资料；
8.遵守银行等合作渠道的各项规章制度。

岗位要求

1）年龄在24-32岁，形象气质佳
2）本科以上学历
3）2年以上个人寿险或银保销售经验，并有良好的培训及销售辅导能力，有培训、组训工作经历者优先；
4）良好的沟通能力和协调能力；
5）较强的分析问题、解决问题的能力；
6）英语熟练，并具备有一定口语表达能力
7）吃苦耐劳，有强烈的成功欲望；
8）熟练使用Office软件。
