Job Description:
. Responsible for new project management. The window towards internal stakeholders for new project development
. New project cost BoM controlling, quotation summary and cost analysis.
. Responsible for project supplier sourcing strategy together with Commodity team
. Follow up supplier sourcing status, make sourcing plan per project request
. Working together with project team and lead material and supplier related activities and issues for project milestone implement controlling.
. Coordinator internal and external resource to guarantee project delivery
. Project change management
. Other jobs assigned by manager

Qualifications:
. Essential: diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Business Management, Procurement or relevant discipline. Solid project management skill. Strong cost analysis skill
. Preferred: bachelor studies in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

Experience:
. >5 years’ experience and working knowledge of Procurement Function
. Preferred - Experience in a similar role in auto parts industry
. Proven customer service and financial orientation

Skills & Knowledge:
. clear mind, and quick learning capability
. good excel/PPT skill with data process
. good oral and writing English
. good understanding with internal and external requirement
. good commercial sense
. good communication skill
