Synopsis
Frontline sales and marketing position, counseling students interested in studying Englsih with WEB.

The role
We are looking for a self-motivated, results-oriented professional to work with student recruitment for our English study programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of sales, marketing and customer service functions. Key job responsibilities will include:

1. Meeting weekly/monthly enrolment goals on route to achieving annual targets
2. Managing enquiries and CRM activities to generate office visits, attendance at information meetings and one-to-one counseling appointments
3. Providing pre- and post-sales customer service to parents and students
4. Coordinating and executing assigned sales activities
5. Analyzing market potential and tracking competition
6. Conducting offline (onsite) marketing activities in schools, universities and other potential areas.
8. Coordinating marketing activities closely with the marketing team .
Job requirements
1. Recognized university degree, with some overseas study
2. Work experience, preferably in a service environment
3. Creative, lively and dynamic, with flexible, detail-oriented work style
4. Willingness to take initiative, while working in a team environment
5. Ability to prioritize, meet challenging deadlines and perform under pressure
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Fluency in both written and spoken English; Chinese and local dialect an advantage
8. Knowledge of the Education industry would be a plus.
