本职位工作地点为成都，入职后需在上海本部进行为期3个月的公司内部培训，投递简历前请慎重考虑。

职位要求：

1． 电子、计算机类等相关理工科专业本科或以上学历，英语CET-4以上;

2． 应届毕业生或相关电子行业工作1年以上经验，有CompactPCI / VME系统平台销售经验者优先考虑。

3． 为人正直，积极、独立、具挑战性、工作责任心强，能承受较大的工作压力；可以适应出差。

4． 具有优秀的团队合作精神，并愿意接受新任务；具备优秀的沟通、谈判和处理人际关系技巧。

主要工作职责：
1、负责成都区域的业务和ELMA产品的市场开拓；
2、建立、维护、发展与直接客户的合作关系，并与代理商密切合作，完成分配的销售指标
3、与技术支持部门合作为客户提供客制化服务，并有效处理客户的问题和投诉；
4、收集区域内相关的市场信息和客户信息，根据地区的特点进行行业深耕，并有很强的独立工作能力。
定期向主管经理汇报区域市场开拓及业绩完成状况。

JD：
1. Bachelor degree or above in Electronics,computer or related, good ability for english in reading and writing.
2. Graduating student or 1 year related work experience. Experience in saling CompactPCI / VME system is preferred.
3. Honest, responsible, confident, self-motivated, strong team spirit, strong problem solving.
4. Develop and manage sales channels, exploring the potential customers in the assigned territory to achieve territory sales targets.
5. Making and implementing annual sales plan according to company strategy. Establish and manage customer relationship, improve customer satisfaction.
6. Collect related information of market, customers and competitors, research and analyse market accordingly.
7. Organize and conduct the marketing campaigns such as product promotion, brand image promotion and exhibition, etc.
8. Other assigned tasks.
