The Role & Key Responsibilities:
1.This role will be responsible for certain import products: L405 L494 L319 L462 L663, which currently contributes circa 40,000 units’ yearly turnover, covering circa 20 derivatives
2.Monthly plan derivative level retail, wholesale, production for future 36 months, reflecting expected derivative mix, run in run out plan.
3.Manage the launch planning process to ensure new models get the right specification and launch to the market as planned date. Manage the pre-production vehicle for Marketing, Homologation team and show car usage. keep tracking product launch plan, identify potential risk, resolve or escalate
4.Manage order holds, amendments, cancellations, slot status, holding pool orders. Closely communicate with UK team and local demand planning team, solve the spotted issues by influencing them
5.To support dealer ordering, perform VISTA (ordering system) specification validation against OXO chart to ensure right specification, and design Order Guides of new product
6.DMS product information maintain correctly
7.Closely monitor Un-wholesale stock level, identify risk and escalate
8.Conduct analysis on option/paint/trim take rate
9.Proficiently use planning system (business plan funnel, SPRINT), as well as ordering system (Vista). Get training for regular system improvements. Offer market feedback to the central for future system improvements.
10.Daily communication partners include UK GSO, homologation, marketing, and internal sales operations team. Negotiation & influencing needed.

Skills, experience and qualifications required:
? Bachelor degree or above, equivalent work experience preferred
? Minimum 4 years working experience in a Sales Planning role preferably with the auto industry
? Good communication skills within the team and outside – actively listening, negotiation, influencing
? Excellent PC skills, with good working knowledge of MS Office applications
? Excellent English language, both written and spoken
? Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and ability to take the initiative
? Detail oriented and be accountable
? Customer focused and work in a team environment
