职位描述：
1、生产性供应商开发：供应商调查, 现场考察,评价及选择；供应商体系建立和优化.；
Production material supplier development: supplier investigation, onsite assessment and supplier chain system build up and optimize.
2、新项目报价图纸发放，供应商项目前期外购零件询价，报价资料分析，商务谈判；供应商风险审核，评估，供应商定点,试制协议签订；
.New project quotation blueprint deliver, supplier quotation material analysis, business negotiation; supplier risk assessment and sign trial round agreement
3、负责合格零部件供应商名录的编制和定期更新；供应商价格模板制定，供应商开发进度跟踪
 Responsible for draw up and update qualified components supplier list; Supplier price template making and development progress tracking
4、供应商年降谈判，采购数据月度统计（PPV等），合同签订，外购件价格管理，供应商对账，资金计划编制，付款；
Supplier annual price down negotiation, purchase statistical data (PPV etc.), purchased parts price management, supplier reconciliation and capital plan management
5、供应商业绩定期评审和考核，供应商年度绩效全面评估，零件供应商基础信息的及时更新（联系名单，地址，账号，营业执照等）；
Supplier audit and assessment , supplier annual performance evaluation; supplier basic information update
6、SAP数据定期维护，收集市场原材料价格,掌握市场信息，SCM部门内部质量体系(TS16949)，环境体系(ISO14001)管理.

Qualifications:
1. Work Experience 工作经验
    3年以上相关采购行业管理工作经验者，有汽配行业采购经验者优先；
    3years and above purchase related working experience. (automobile components industry experience is preferred)
2. Education/Certification 教育背景/证书
    机械类本科以上学历；
    Bachelor degree major in machining or above
3. Specialized Skills/Knowledge 专业技能/知识
    良好的沟通能力；good communication skill
     熟悉招标和采购流程，熟悉供应商评估、考核，熟悉相关质量体系标准；
