职位描述：
职位描述Responsibilities
1. 处理公司所有来料质量问题；
  Handle incoming all quality issues of company.
2. 定期现场审核供应商制造过程，提升产品满足质量要求；
  Regular to on-site audit vendors’ process of manufacture and promote products quality requirement;
3. 跟进供应商8D报告改善的有效性，提升来料质量水平；
  Follow up vendors’ 8D report effectiveness and improve quality level incoming
4. 分析客户和制造过程抱怨的原材料质量问题;
   Analysis raw material quality issues from customer and process of manufacture complaint
5. 建立实验测试标准如粘力测试;剥离力测试;电阻测试;老化测试;厚度测量等；
  Establish test standard, such as adhesion force strength test; release force test; resistance test; aging test and thickness
    measurement etc.
6. 维护供应商提供原材料相关资料的有效性如TDS/MSDS/RoHS&HF；
  Maintain vendors offered raw material information of effectiveness, such as RoHS&HF; TDS; MSDS etc.
7. 协助PQE/CQE去解决有关原材料引起的质量问题；
  Support PQC and CQE to solved with raw material related quality issues
8. 定期去培训IQC和测量员了解一些有关QC知识和好的检验方法；
  Regular to training IQC inspector and measurer to realize some related QC knowledge and good inspection method.
9. 协助采购;工程处理在库不良原材料；
  Support sourcing and Engineer to handle NG raw material in inventory ;
10. 质量周报和月报的制作；
   Make weekly quality report and monthly quality report;
11. 质量经理安排的其他工作。
   Other work assigned by quality manager.

任职资格Qualifications
教育水平：大专或以上学历
Education：College degree or above
专业：理工科或者相关专业
Major: Science and Engineering or related major
工作经验：至少三年质量控制经验；
Work Experience: At least 3 years quality control experience;
英语要求：良好的英语会话沟通能力；
English Requirement: Good communication ability in English;
能力要求Capacity Requirement:
1. 具有质量策划以及生产件提交能力；
  Competence on quality planning and production part submission;
2. 具有供应商质量控制能力；
  Competence on supplier quality control;
3. 具备客诉处理经验及客户沟通能力；
  Customer complaints handling experience and good communication ability with customer;
4. 较强问题解决能力；
  Strong problem-solving skill;
5. 熟悉ISO9001，熟悉纠正预防措施；
  Familiar with ISO9001, corrective and preventive actions;
6. 熟悉并熟练应用过程质量控制工具；
  Familiar with process control quality tools;
7. 系统的质量思维；
